Candidate: A job seeker using R-ed's international career preparation services
Employer: A company based in any eligible international destination using R-ed’s talent-sourcing services
Services: Language training, CV development, visa support, recruitment, and other services offered by R-ed
Content: Texts, videos, templates, or other educational and professional resources provided by R-ed
3. Services Overview
For Candidates:
- Career-focused language training for target international destinations
- CV and motivation letter development aligned with international standards
- Interview coaching with cultural competency for global work environments
- Visa and document support for legal immigration pathways
For Employers:
- Pre-screened, pre-vetted international talent matching your industry needs
- Custom language and cultural training for new hires
- Visa and relocation coordination for swift onboarding
- All service details and pricing are defined in separate service agreements.
4. Account Registration
Candidates: Must provide accurate personal and professional information, including qualifications and language proficiency.
Employers: Must verify business legitimacy via official documentation such as tax ID or company registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and promptly reporting any unauthorized access.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in DZD (DA).
- Full payment is required before service delivery unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy
Language Training: 100% refund if canceled >7 days before start date; 0% thereafter. Satisfied or reimbursed before the 3rd class.
CV/Interview Services: No refund after work commences; 100% refund if undelivered due to R-ed error
Visa Support: 100% refund only if visa denial is due to R-ed documentation errors
Employer Services: Refund and cancellation policies are defined in employer-specific service agreements
6. Intellectual Property
R-ed Content : All training materials, templates, and digital resources are owned by R-ed. Candidates and employers are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or business use.
Candidate Materials : CVs, certificates, and portfolios remain the property of the candidate but grant R-ed the right to share with employers upon consent.
Employer Materials : Job descriptions and company data remain the property of the employer.
7. Confidentiality
Candidate Data : Shared with employers only after explicit consent via opt-in.
Employer Data : Company-specific information is never shared with competitors or third parties without permission.
Breach Penalties : Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
8. User Obligations
Candidates Must:
Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information
Not falsify qualifications, experience, or language proficiency
Use R-ed services only for lawful immigration and employment purposes
Employers Must:
Comply with labor and anti-discrimination laws in their respective countries
Not misuse candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment
Treat candidates fairly and professionally in all interactions
9. Disclaimers
R-ed makes no guarantees regarding:
-Job placements or employment outcomes
-Visa approvals or immigration success
-Language test results or certification outcomes
We are not liable for
- Errors or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., embassies, certification bodies)
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)
10. Limitation of Liability
R-ed’s maximum liability is limited to 100% of the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for:
-Indirect damages (e.g., lost income, missed opportunities)
-Misconduct by candidates or employers
-Violations of local or international laws by users
11. Termination
By R-ed:
We may terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or illegal use of our services.
By Users:
Candidates and employers may terminate services with written notice to R-ed.
Post-Termination:
All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
Confidentiality and intellectual property obligations continue to apply.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the Algerian Commercial Code and international commercial law principles .
Dispute Resolution:
Informal negotiation (30 days)
Mediation via the Algerian Chamber of Commerce
Arbitration in Algiers , under UNCITRAL rules
Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually; class or consolidated actions are not permitted.
13. Amendments
R-ed may update these Terms at any time by:
Posting the revised Terms on r-ed.net/terms
Emailing active users at least 30 days before changes take effect
Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Legal Requirements: We process data to comply with applicable international, Algerian, and destination country laws (e.g., immigration, labor, and data protection regulations).
5. Data Sharing
We only share data when essential and with appropriate safeguards:
With Employers: Candidate profiles are shared only after explicit consent from the job seeker.
